Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Oman. Delivery to other GCC countries is coming soon.

2. Order processing
We prepare orders within 1 working day after you place the order or confirm it. 

3. Delivery time

• All areas in Oman: 1-2 working days after dispatch
  

These times are estimates. Delivery can take longer because of weather, holidays or courier delays. We will message you if there is a delay.

4. Delivery cost

• Delivery anywhere in Oman: Free delivery
  

The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Delivery by courier
We deliver with trusted courier. You will receive tracking information by WhatsApp or email when it is available. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, because the courier will contact you for delivery.

6. Payment
You can pay online at checkout or with cash on delivery (COD). For COD orders, we may message you on WhatsApp to confirm your address and order before we ship. If you do not reply, or you refuse the delivery, we may not accept COD orders from you in the future.

7. Damaged or incorrect items on arrival
Please check your package when you receive it. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
